Sales Agent (Inbound calls/ON Site) MONDAY to SATURDAY
Utilizing appropriate sales techniques to encourage a good customer relationship and enhance the buying experience.
Applying customer relationship and/or sales techniques to recommend and/or sell a variety of AT&T products or services to meet customers' needs.
Provide customer service & billing support, solve any issue related with a customer´s account.
Adding new lines or services to accounts to help customer´s business grow
Uncover customer needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, providing empathy statements, and restating the understanding of customer´s needs beyond just the resolution of the issue.
Find a personalized solution that fits each customer. Make a recommendation (rate plan, how to reduce data usage, promotion etc.). Use your resources to ensure complete resolution.
Requirements:
Advanced English Fluency to engage with U.S. customers (excellent communications skills).
Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products is a must
1+ year of sales experience in bilingual call center is a must
Ability to train/work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week.Our center operates from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm CST, Monday to Saturday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays)
We offer:
Monthly Base Salary: $20,775 (before Taxes)
Average monthly bonus of $8,000 up to $24,000, when you meet your sales and service targets
Monthly Grocery vouchers $1,583 every 14 days
Monthly Restaurant vouchers $1,267 every 14 days
