Join our team as an Industrial Planner and help shape the future of textile manufacturing in the healthcare industry.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to lead production planning efforts, ensuring optimal workflow and on-time delivery of high-quality products. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Torreón, Coahuila, offering a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth within an innovative company.
Description
* Plan and manage daily and weekly production schedules for textile items used in healthcare, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and to specification.
* Coordinate closely with cross functional teams to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
* Monitor raw material availability and work with procurement to avoid disruptions in the production plan.
* Analyze sales orders, forecasts, and inventory levels to balance production loads while maintaining service levels and efficiency.
* Work with quality control, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure finished goods meet standards and are ready for timely delivery.
* Update and maintain ERP system data related to production orders, capacity, and timelines.
* Track planning KPIs such as schedule adherence, material usage efficiency, and on-time delivery rate.
* This position is based in Torreón, Coahuila and requires in-person presence.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field—or equivalent experience in production planning.
* At least 3 years of experience planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong analytical and communication skills.
* Proficient with ERP and planning software; experience in textile product flows is a plus.
* Highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
* Plus - understanding of textile processes (e.g., knitting, sewing, etc.) and how to balance efficiency with quality.
* Comfortable using metrics and data to guide decision-making and improve performance.
