Role purpose:

Supports the infrastructure and capabilities for CRM tools, the role holder is co-responsible for the successful implementation of the Analytic Data Marts, guarantee data sources availability and data access enabled according to user roles.

It requires good communication skills to influence audiences in some organization layers. Also requires a broad and comprehensive understanding of different systems and data and Cloud platforms, customer data management expertise.

This role will:

• Develop CRM and Analytic Data Infrastructure to meet the needs of the users
• Grant users' access
• Be first level support for users regarding CRM data tools
• Grant support for scheduling processes
• Ensure data availability
• Ensure secure movement of data from sources to targets.
• Use ETL and data tools to perform data integration across different databases / systems / platforms.
• Migrate processes across technologies
• Data sources cleansing
• Participates in data ingestion, sourcing, aggregation, APIs, feature engineering etc.
• Implement best practices managing data tools
• Ensure users follow best practices
• Ensure data tools health (storage management, avoid data redundancy, obsolete data purge)
• Meet users' requirements

Skills

Degreed in Systems Engineering, Computer engineering or similar

Analytical mindset

Ability to administrate distinct data tools

Identify data inconsistency opportunely

Capability to propose best practices of data tools usage

Story telling presentations

Self-management

Project management

Negotiations skills

Good communication skills to promote cross team collaboration

Ability to learn and master new technologies

SQL, SAS, Python, GCP - Intermediate

Putty, bash Linux commands - Basic

Confluence / JIRA - Desired
