How you will contribute

You will:

  • Execute the business analytics agenda in conjunction with analytics team leaders
  • Work with best-in-class external partners who leverage analytics tools and processes
  • Use models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
  • Execute the business analytics agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

More about this role

  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on the stabilization and development of the North America Data & Analytics (Sales Revenue Growth Management) portfolio. You will play an instrumental part in shaping and engineering the features of the solutions in daily operations. You will have the opportunity to work on the development of a cutting-edge solution that aims to automate the data ingestion, harmonization and transformation processes driving efficiency from descriptive to AI-powered sales applications and make an impact across the commercial organization.


WHAT THIS TEAM AND ROLE DOES

  • Our team is at the forefront of driving AI, data, and analytics across Mondelez. As a Data Engineer within the Mondelez Data & Analytics team, you will be working towards the following objectives:
  • Revenue Growth Management:
  • Build/support pipelines to ensure accuracy, robustness, and reliability of solutions and data
  • Implement the data architecture needed to develop reporting capabilities for various business stakeholders
  • Commercial reporting & insights:
  • Create robust data pipelines to support the automated dashboards tailored to different audiences/power users.
  • Evolve dashboards and data models based on insights from testing and user feedback.
  • Build a single source of truth for RGM reporting with UI-friendly dashboards, leveraging features of the Data Products across multiple data domains across the organization.


SPECIFIC SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a data engineering role, preferably in CPG.
  • Excellent organizational, time, and project management skills; ability to effectively multi-task while meeting demanding deadlines.
  • Relevant experience throughout entire SDLC – from ideation to hypercare
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage.
  • Ability to design and implement data governance and quality frameworks.
  • Advanced multilingual coding knowledge/experience: SQL, Python, etc.
  • Understanding data normalization, indexing, and partitioning strategies for optimizing database performance and query speeds.
  • Experience with database management systems.
  • Familiarity with distributed data processing frameworks.
  • Understanding in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
