TASKS:

• Responsible for the preparation, verification and revision of process documents, including work instructions, process FMEA, management, process routes, material quotas and other documents.
• Responsible for the design, verification and revision of tooling and inspection tools.
• Responsible for the formulation, proofreading and revision of working hour quotas.
• Responsible for production service work and participate in tooling verification.
• Participate in the process service guidance of outsourcing parts production according to production needs.
• Responsible for the process audit of product projects and participate in the relevant work according to the different stages of product development.
• Complete the work tasks temporarily arranged by the leader.

SKILLS

• Proficient in the use of CAD, SolidWorks, UG and other drawing software,
• Familiar with machining technology and IATF16949 quality system;
• Familiar with national technical standards, with the ability to write technical documents.
• Responsible for the preparation and management of on-site process documents and provide process services*

EXPERIENCE

• 2 years of work experience is preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical bachelor degree
• Preferably experience with automotive manufacturing company
