We have an open position for a Data Analyst!

This position is Hybrid for Mexico City and Guadalajara

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Data Analysis.
• Conversational English level (the tech interview will be fully in English)

Essential Job Functions of a data analyst:

• Work with data scientists on designing and executing various statistical tests, interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
• Scanning through data generated by various operational data sources to develop meaningful insights
• Provide decision support through development of processes, tools, reporting and complex data analytics
• Analyze and interpret metrics, communicate findings and make appropriate recommendations to decision makers
• Program, format, extract and manipulate data to support analysis

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong data analysis skills and ability to suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness of solutions based on industry best practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Technical skills include knowledge of database languages such as SQL, or Python; spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; and data visualization software such as Tableau
• Advanced knowledge of specific data analytics area, processes, data workflows, standards, and business practices
• Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate well with all levels, technical as well as non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work directly with clients and management without supervision and to facilitate and navigate discussions with stakeholders to ensure clarity, prioritization, and consensus
• Leadership skills and ability to work well with diverse team members, often in multiple locations
• Ability to work with different points-of-view and lead the team to convergence, while always keeping the project objectives in sight
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Excellent personal organization skills and ability to take things to closure without follow-ups
