#Corning is seeking a Sr Maintenance Engineer - a role that offers you the chance to contribute to world-changing innovations. ??

Why This Role is For You:

- Lead Maintenance Technicians to deliver world class business results through a clear view of where the organization needs to be in 1-3 years. This requires short and long term planning of maintenance needs, development and execution of preventive maintenance programs, assistance in maintenance scheduling, development and supervision of assigned maintenance employees.

What We Are Seeking:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

- Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance Experience.

- Bilingual (Spanish/English)

- Proficiency with Internet Search Engines in order to search for OEM manuals, schematics, etc.

- Experience in utilizing a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), extracting data for further analysis.

- Experience with LOTO

- Experience implementing and coordinating cost-reduction and improvement projects

- Knowledgeable of maintenance performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, OEE)

- People Management: up to 80 employees
