Key Duties and Responsibilities
Support Sales Team with several responsibilities:
Managing RTI (Requests for Technical Information) requests.
Assisting with accounting-related tasks such as payment settlement support.
Supporting RFQ (Request for Quote) processes.
Assisting with contract pricing activities, including uploads, backlog updates, and price adjustments.
Award/LOI Tracking.
Support requests for shipment expedites.
Monitoring and reporting on Salesforce metrics.
Managing and tracking sales leads through Salesforce.
Assisting with part number cross-referencing and equivalent part identification.
Supporting the sample request process and conducting follow-up activities.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent. Previous experience in Sales and Sales Support is desired.
Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to challenges.
