The Medallia Strategy Analytics Analyst will work with senior decision makers of important brands around the globe on a mission critical task-helping companies improve in the eyes of their ultimate judges: customers.
This person will tackle real business problems by analyzing operational, customer, and financial data alongside some of the world's largest customer feedback datasets. This role will position you for many career growth options at the intersection of customer experience, management consulting, and data science.

About This Role:
The Medallia Strategy Analytics Analyst will work with senior decision makers of important brands around the globe on a mission critical task-helping companies improve in the eyes of their ultimate judges: customers.
This person will tackle real business problems by analyzing operational, customer, and financial data alongside some of the world's largest customer feedback datasets. This role will position you for many career growth options at the intersection of customer experience, management consulting, and data science.
Responsibilities
- Work with Insights and Program Managers to uncover actionable and commercially focused insights through statistical models and analysis
- Deliver recommendations to senior decision-makers at our clients through results presentations
- Help Insights Managers on product development which is data driven and help our customers improve the Customer and Employee Experience for their company
- Analyze complex customer feedback datasets to solve real business problems
- Support the development and implementation of management consulting and data science best practices within the team
- Monitor and track the impact of recommendations and initiatives, using data to demonstrate value and continuous improvement
- Clearly communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical subject (e.g. Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills, especially in data manipulation and gathering insights
- Strong proficiency and experience using R for advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization tasks
- Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate complex ideas across diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and presentation skills
- Lightning-fast learner and thorough problem-solver, especially with technical challenges
- Intellectual curiosity with ability to innovate and question the status quo taking ownership to improve things around you
- Relentlessly customer-oriented with an innate understanding of the tenets of good client service
