About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Specialist to support the onboarding and ongoing management of clients using our digital onboarding and financial crime platform. You will guide new and existing clients through the full onboarding lifecycle, helping them configure their strategies and advising on best practices to ensure optimal use of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients, tailoring configurations to meet specific business needs.
• Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities, including training, troubleshooting, and solution design.
• Collaborate with account managers to deliver proactive and high-quality customer service.
• Assist clients in developing and implementing financial crime prevention strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of onboarding projects and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing and configuring SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and Webhooks.
• Background in financial crime prevention (e.g., AML, KYC, fraud detection, credit risk).
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
