Descripción
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join a dynamic IT team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging Salesforce to improve business performance and user experience through smart, data-driven solutions.
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support implementation efforts—always with a focus on process improvement, user adoption, and system optimization.
What you will do:
- Conduct meetings and interviews to gather requirements from business stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations and solutions, using declarative tools
- Analyze and document processes through techniques such as flowcharts
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement and risk reduction
- Research and evaluate software, tools, and automation options
- Create detailed requirements documentation and functional specifications
- Support solution design, testing, and implementation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business cases
- Manage project and product delivery timelines
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and deliver training materials to support user adoption
- Maintain documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and prioritized user stories
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce platform, collaborating with development teams when needed
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Salesforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud; experience with Sales Cloud is a plus
- Familiarity with SOQL, report building, and dashboard creation
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data
- Solid project management capabilities, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in Agile and SDLC environments
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
