We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join a dynamic IT team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging Salesforce to improve business performance and user experience through smart, data-driven solutions.

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support implementation efforts—always with a focus on process improvement, user adoption, and system optimization.

What you will do:

• Conduct meetings and interviews to gather requirements from business stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations and solutions, using declarative tools
• Analyze and document processes through techniques such as flowcharts
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement and risk reduction
• Research and evaluate software, tools, and automation options
• Create detailed requirements documentation and functional specifications
• Support solution design, testing, and implementation
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business cases
• Manage project and product delivery timelines
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and deliver training materials to support user adoption
• Maintain documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and prioritized user stories
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce platform, collaborating with development teams when needed

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Salesforce
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud; experience with Sales Cloud is a plus
• Familiarity with SOQL, report building, and dashboard creation
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data
• Solid project management capabilities, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in Agile and SDLC environments
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
