Key Duties and Responsibilities

Support Sales Team with several responsibilities:

• Managing RTI (Requests for Technical Information) requests.
• Handling QCN (Quality Change Notifications) and PCN (Product Change Notifications) processes.
• Assisting with accounting-related tasks such as payment settlement support.
• Supporting RFQ (Request for Quote) processes.
• Assisting with contract pricing activities, including uploads, backlog updates, and price adjustments.
• Award/LOI Tracking.
• Support requests for shipment expedites.
• Monitoring and reporting on Salesforce metrics.
• Managing and tracking sales leads through Salesforce.
• Assisting with part number cross-referencing and equivalent part identification.
• Supporting the sample request process and conducting follow-up activities.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent. Previous experience in Sales and Sales Support is desired.

Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to challenges.
