Internship Program 2025 in Human Resources area.

The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.

The position is based in Queretaro, Mexico.

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As Intern – Human Resources you will:

· Coordination of family site visits and integration events in the site.

· Participate in the design and deployment of local internal communications campaigns.

· Witting, update and maintenance of local HR documentation (Internal regulations, policies, procedures, employee files) in compliance with Quality Management System requirements.

We believe you have

· Be active in the last 2 years (or less) of your college career.

· Bachelor's studies in: Psychology, Administration, Industrial engineering or related Intermediate level of English or higher is required.

· Expected graduation date between December 2025 and December 2026.

· Availability to work in person 6 hours a day from Monday to Friday,

· Availability to work in person from 8 am to 2 pm, for the entire duration of the program.

· Nice to have Excel knowledge (Fx, Charts, Pivot Tables, Macros).

· Final interview (April 7 – May 9)

· Admission (May 9 – May 30)
