GENERAL SUMMARY:
We are seeking a BI Analyst to work with a high-performance team and help the delivery of Analytics & Business Intelligence (BI) projects. In this high visibility role, you will work with the materials stakeholders, project owners, BI developers to identify reporting and analytical requirements, independently creating technical requirement documentation while also leading in developing reports, dashboards that will optimize cost within our material network.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate alongside a cross-functional team (Project Owners, Data engineers, BI developers, and end users), to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery.
- Lead and participate in workshops/ meetings to gather requirements and make recommendations around reporting / analytics solutions.
- Play a key role in the daily support of end-users' ability to access data and/or effectively utilize the data platform.
- Prioritize work with the team in an agile methodology, to deliver projects on time.
- Participate or lead activities that ensure redundancies for the function (documentation, validations/testing, and automations).
- Develop a deep understanding of the various materials processes, data sets and deliverables.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: - Analytical Skills: Strong visual design skills used in creating information dense, easy to visualize reports and dashboards.
- Technical Skills: Computer programs to mine data sources and look for trends, willing to acquire new technologies knowledge. Experience on SAP, Good knowledge of the MS Power Platform suite is a must.
- Communication Skills: Able to effectively communicate to stakeholders their findings and opportunities.
- Time Management: Work on projects prioritizing and focusing on higher value tasks.
- Qualifications: Self-driven, Organized, Teamwork oriented.
- Bachelor's degree on Computer science engineer, Industrial engineering, or Business Management.
- 2-4 Years of experience in materials process, design and development of reporting and business intelligence solutions.
- Bilingual English Spanish, both oral and written.
- SAP Knowledge & Supply Chain experience is a must.
