Regional Finance Analyst

Under direction of the Regional Finance Controller, the Finance Analyst will assist with the oversight and daily/monthly review of accounting and finance operations of all managed plants (6) in Americas organization. Support financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, safeguarding assets and business reporting to key stakeholders.

Assist with all hands-on compliance and finance aspects of the company, and work in conjunction with Director of Finance, Regional Controller, and senior leadership in the aggressive and successful performance of the company.

1) Providing support for:

a. Compliance

· Providing status on sites progress to complete requirements (with SOX and internal controls).

· Following up to ensure sites complete open findings.

· Support Plant Controllers providing information to assist on Internal or External Audits, to ensure accurate and timely preparation of requirements.

b. Financial analysis

· Provide weekly/monthly reports as needed (i.e., production scrap, AR reports, etc).

· Deliver timely, accurate and insightful consolidated monthly and quarterly management reporting including profitability analyses as well as a rolling forecast and SG&A review.

· Creating reports that help senior leadership understand company financials.

· Track/audit CI and P+ initiatives

· Participate in cross functional teams.

· Consolidate data to improve working capital and manage cash flow, to reach regional targets.

· Support on Traces/CAPEX reporting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Monthly Forecast upload and validations.

· Yearly Budget upload and validations.

· Provide useful information for stakeholders, all while proposing improvements to reports and information.

· SOX ICE review: ensure compliance across region by following up on audit status and open findings.

o Best practice sharing

o Month end closing contingency.

· Cash flow forecast consolidation / review and drive for region (direct and indirect method)

· Procure Plus audit & approval for region (true EBIT impact vs theoretical)

· Participate in implementation for new business processes with related supporting policies and procedures.

Education and Experience:

Minimum BS degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum five years' experience in increasingly responsible finance positions in a manufacturing environment.

Language – English and Spanish required.

Demonstrated experience with accounting systems.

Demonstrated experience with financial and cost analysis.

Strong communications skills – interpersonal, presentation, written, spoken
