Job Opportunity: Call Center Representative (Collections) - Monday to Friday [8am-5pm] -

Location: Av. Paseo de la Reforma, Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600 Ciudad de México, CDMX

Requirements:

• Advanced English level (verbal and written)
• At least 1 YEAR of call center experience
• COLLECTIONS previous experience
• Previous Stability
• Commute time (No more than 1 hour from the site)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone
• Perform extensive customer verification processes
• Efficiently navigate system tooling
