Job Requirements

Education: Communications and electronics or related bachelor's degree

Work on site

Skills: Advanced English, advanced datacom, advanced tcp/ip.

Have a good command of basic datacom knowledge on dynamic routing protocols like OSPF, ISIS, BGP.

Be familiar with Network Management systems like U2000/NCE or third party like Orion. Network information security troubleshooting and handling of firewalls and security devices. 

Be familiar with Enterprise LAN Network design and troubleshoot, experience handling AP and Wifi controllers.

Have strong communication and expression ability, strong sense of service, strong sense of responsibility, positive working attitude.

Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible of routine preventive actions for Customers as Network Health Check, risk identification and clearance, precaution review and clearance.

2. Support customers to handle Routers, Switches and Firewall devices failures to find service restoration. 

3. Troubleshoot problems related to Data networks and handle rectifications to prevent service impact.
