Profile and main responsabilities:

-Bachelor's Degree preferred in the following subject areas: Computer Science, Information Technology or related.

-3 years of relevant experience with IT Support strategies and policies.

-Monitoring IT support requests and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

-Maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).

-Directly supervising and supporting IT support staff.

-Training on and enforcing IT policies and procedures.

-Assisting with the management of IT assets and inventory.

-Technical Support and Help Desk Operation.

-Incident and Ticket Management.

-Remote Support and Management.

-IT Asset Management.

-Knowledge Base and Documentation.

-Monitoring and Performance Tools.

-Collaboration and Communication.

-Ability to speak, read and write in English.
