We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Insurance Back-Office Support specialist to join our team. You will support the department by managing client communications and ensuring timely policy-related follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused. ?? Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via text and email in both Spanish and English regarding pending documents or actions needed on their policies.
• Monitor and respond to incoming client requests for policy endorsements.
• Issue Certificates of Insurance upon request.
• Perform accurate data entry and ensure documentation is properly maintained in the management system.
• Coordinate with carriers regarding cancellation notices and underwriting requirements; communicate those needs promptly to clients.
• Stay organized and responsive to time-sensitive agency requests.
• Provide excellent service with a client-focused attitude.
• Proactively follow up with commercial accounts nearing renewal.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to update contact details and risk information.
• When renewal rates increase substantially, update all relevant policy information and ACORD forms.
• Prepare accounts so that commercial producers can efficiently manage and re-market policies.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written communication).
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is required.
• Experience with EZLynx or similar insurance management software.
• Familiarity with Podium or similar client communication tools (e.g., texting platforms for business).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to time-sensitive requests.
