We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Support & Order Specialist. In this role, you'll support our network of independent associates by processing orders, providing product guidance, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls to capture and process orders from independent associates with empathy and professionalism.
Guide associates to maximize the benefits of our products and services.
Provide up-to-date information about promotions, events, and new product launches.
Document and escalate any reported incidents or feedback, ensuring proper follow-up with internal departments.
Support account reactivation requests and ensure seamless resolution.
Follow established procedures for order management and case documentation.
Accurately categorize and code service cases for efficient tracking and reporting.
Collaboration:
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Relations, Order Management, and other internal departments to ensure a smooth and responsive support experience.
Qualifications:
Middle school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call center environment.
Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, verbal and written.
Excellent customer service mindset and active listening skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and Internet browsing.
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and follow supervisor guidance effectively.
Team player who is results-oriented and adaptable to change.
Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
