Position Objective
The purpose of this position is to coordinate all necessary customer processes required. This role is essential in building strong client relationships by ensuring that all documentation and compliance requirements are met efficiently. The Sales Support Specialist will act as a liaison between various departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to streamline vendor approval processes.
Main Responsibilities:
Review and develop Ruhrpumpen's (RP) vendor positioning, including vendor approval processes, to facilitate global sales.
Work with the global sales team to increase the number of Approved Vendor Lists (AVL) that RP is on, thus supporting sales efforts worldwide.
Evaluate the service our applications engineers, project managers, and manufacturing team provided through satisfaction surveys.
Coordinate with different departments across all Ruhrpumpen facilities to ensure continuous flow and updates of information needed to list the facilities as approved vendors for all customers.
Timely maintain the updated profile and information of Ruhrpumpen in our customers' supplier portals.
Requirements:
Advanced English Skills are a must.
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in vendor management or sales is desired.
Excellent communication skills and a good rapport with internal clients and personnel from other departments.
