Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field in the economic-administrative area.
Experience and Knowledge Required
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the automotive or OEM sector.
Advanced SAP user (purchasing, sales, and logistics modules).
Experience in international logistics, including door-to-door shipping, traffic coordination, and documentation follow-up.
Strong background in order management, inventory control, and invoicing.
Familiarity with customer portals and EDI processes.
Desirable: experience working with European clients and coordination with headquarters abroad.
Key Responsibilities
Manage orders, shipments, and inventories for OEM clients (mainly products imported from Germany).
Create purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders in SAP.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Follow up on delivery schedules, respond to urgent requests, and solve issues proactively.
Maintain constant communication with clients to confirm requirements and coordinate deliveries.
Issue invoices, credit notes, and re-invoicing according to client policies.
Oversee imported samples and validate ICPs with the Finance team.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and environmental regulations.
