We are looking for individuals located in Hermosillo, Mexico to join this team, where we will help you develop your talent. Enthusiasm, empathy, and professionalism are essential values to successfully carry out the role's responsibilities, which include:

*Handling high call volume

*Answering patient's inquiries regarding scheduling, rescheduling and/or cancelling medical appointments

*Answering questions about specialist availability

*Schedule patient transportation to facilities and providing location information

Requirements:

*All calls are handled in English, so fluency is necessary

*Positive attitude

*Call center experience is a plus
