At KEMET de México part of YAGEO Group, we are looking for a Customer Specification Engineering (CSE) Analyst to supports customer and internal teams by analyzing technical specifications, managing product documentation, and resolving inquiries. Ensures alignment between customer requirements and company capabilities, while contributing to system improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Location and Modality

Guadalupe Plant, 100% on site.

Education & Experience

Bachelor degree is required, preferred Engineering degree with a mechanical, chemical, materials, electrical or similar background. 1 or 2 years as a minimum experience.

Responsibilities

• Key responsibility is to review the customer's specifications related to ceramic products and provide a response on KEMET's capability to meet it.
• Create and maintain customer cross reference in ETBF for military/aerospace/specialty part numbers.
• Respond to requests for technical information and data generated by Sales.
• Create C-specs based on customer specifications or requests from the Manufacturing Plant and/or Product Management (PM).
• Provide Sales or ISS with information to answer customer questions regarding customer drawings. Technical product questions and/or C-specs requirements.
• Provide support in projects associated with maintenance, improvement of the CSE system, as well as action plans derived from customer requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced (90%-100%) English level.
• Experience in Automotive industry: IATF, Core tools, APQP and PPAP process desirable.
• Highly organized.
• Sense of urgency.
• Ability to follow procedures with a high degree of accuracy.
• Analytical abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication (English).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all functions.
• Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word)
• Experience in any of the following systems helpful: ETBF, Oracle, Lotus Notes, SharePoint.
