In Vege de México, an automotive reman global, we are looking to strengthen our North America Product and Costumer Support sited in Plaza Fiesta Anáhuac, San Nicolas, N.L. with the integration of Customer Service Representative.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English - Spanish)
• Bachelor degree desirable
• Previous experience at least 1 year in the same position
• Preferably live in San Nicolás or without commute problems
• Ability to handle a high call volume

Main activities:

• Answer incoming customer calls.
• Solve customer inquires in a polite, professional and timely manner
