In Vege de México, an automotive reman global, we are looking to strengthen our North America Product and Costumer Support sited in Plaza Fiesta Anáhuac, San Nicolas, N.L. with the integration of Customer Service Representative.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English - Spanish)
• Bachelor degree desirable
• Previous experience at least 2 year in the same position
• Preferably live in San Nicolás or without commute problems

Main activities:

• Manage and apply customer payments in the accounting systems.
• Use company systems to ensure accurate tracking and documentation of payments, charges, credit notes, and other transactions, while preparing and sharing records, documentation, and reports with the corresponding management teams.
• Provide support to customers and internal departments such as Sales, Accounting, Accounts Payable, etc., regarding the status and analysis of their accounts through email, chat, and phone calls.
• Re-post charges to customers for returned checks or declined credit card transactions; as well as apply approved discounts and/or charges to customer accounts in the system, following the organization's procedures.
