The Opportunity

As part of that journey, a North America Supplier Center of Excellence (COE) was established to centralize, institutionalize, and continuously improve the management, accuracy, and usage of supplier master data across both the PGT and legacy applications. The Data Request Processing Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of PepsiCo's data assets.

This role requires a keen analytical mind, a passion for efficiency, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker comfortable researching supplier data in multiple systems, understanding SAP data structures, and have an understanding of the business processes within requisition to pay. This candidate should also be adept at MS Word and creating process documentation.

Documentation and Training: Develop and document standard operating procedures, train new team members, and provide refresher training as needed.
Resolve Transactional Issues: Work with urgency and accuracy to address transactional issues caused by master data in a timely manner that is correct the first time and minimizes negative impact.
Decision Making: Use critical thinking, research of existing data and transactional activity, and analysis of change impacts to decide the best actions to take to meet business needs.
Data Quality Standards: Understand and adhere to data quality standards to drive decision making and prevent dirty data.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Accounts Payable, Procurement, and business units to understand and meet business needs.
Data Privacy Management: Support enforcement of policies and procedures to protect sensitive and personal data. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and best practices for data handling and usage.
