Tasks and Qualifications:

Dematic is looking for a SAP Fiori / UI Specialist responsible for managing the Technical developments of the SAP Systems in our NA region. As the Fiori / UI Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on the Business Transformation project and build / customize the SAP S/4HANA application User Interfaces.

Essential Role and Responsibilities

To be successful in this demanding role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:

• Responsible for responsible for the overall design and approach to SAP security across our SAP Landscape
• Responsible for Designing over all Fiori Landscape, Applications, Launch Pad, tiles, groups and Authorization
• Manage authorizations, roles, catalogs, tiles, groups for Fiori applications
• Support the application development efforts, unit testing, create specifications across SAP Systems
• Provides planning and design support for the development of solution architectures that will be implemented in a multiple system environment.
• Monitor Risks / Issues and prepare appropriate mitigation plans
• Ensure best practices are followed and required processes and specifications are documented

What We Are Looking For

Qualification Requirements

• SAP Fiori / UI5 with S/4HANA Implementation Experience
• Must be able to fluently communicate in English
• Experience with global, large scale ERP implementations
• Excellent time-management/schedule skills; ability to meet deadlines
• Results-oriented and demonstrated experience in leading work sessions with multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to travel up to 10% in US and EMEA
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 7+ years of SAP Fiori / UI5 Development and 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience
• At least 2 SAP end-to-end implementation experience and At least one project experience in extending SAP Fiori applications
• Extensive experience in SAPUI5 application development
• Extensive experience in SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration, app integration, SAPUI5 controls, Fiori Design patterns
• Ability to create Screens, Controllers, OData DPC and MPC. Hands-on HTML5, JS, CSS3 coding
• experience. SAP Web IDE, SAP Business Application Studio
• Exposure to ABAP OOPS Concepts. Troubleshooting SAP Fiori or UI5 applications. Exposure to
• SAP ECC/ERP/Business Suite
• UI5 Controller extension / UI5 configuration and development & custom controls
• Experience in S4HANA technology stack and Fiori/UI5 preferred
• Experience in SAP ABAP, OData, Java Script, CSS is required
• Able to work with functional consultants to refine roles and authorizations to the granular level of authorization object
• Experience with roles and authorizations in Fiori. Experience of creating security concept in a SAP Fiori environment; knowledge Fiori catalogues and Fiori groups and how they are used to build authorization roles is essential
• Able to discuss (within own area of expertise) requirements with a customer, and to challenge and clarify when appropriate. From the requirements, able to develop a high-level design or plan, and then estimate the amount of effort required to deliver. Able to advise the engagement owner about the risks associated with this work package
• Ability to conduct/lead oral status/technical interchange meetings with clients on small to medium sized engagements
• Ability to apply technology and consulting to solve a client business problem.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Strategic thinking and thought leadership capabilities; ability to institutionalize new tools, processes, and technologies
• Knowledge of implementation project life cycles including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over and go-live support
• Proficient using Project Management tools (JIRA), preparing and presenting appropriate status reports
