What You'll Be Doing:

• Formulating enablement plans to share best practices and enhance team performance and productivity
• Evaluating, designing, and delivering training programs, workshops, and other learning materials (Articulate).
• Creating and maintaining a library of enablement resources, including articles, videos, presentations, and playbooks.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Developing and monitoring key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of enablement initiatives
• Create a network of change agents in support of digital ways of working

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience developing or delivering training content.
• Advanced English skills.
• Project management experience.
• Experience collaborating or interacting with cross-functional teams.

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More:

• Experience with Articulate or similar.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: 3 days in the office 2 days working from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$64,216.67 - $68,750.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
