About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of digital and technology-related projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are either early in their project management careers or transitioning from business analysis, development, or agile support roles into project leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end management of digital, agile, or IT-related projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project scope and deliverables.
- Track project progress and maintain documentation including timelines, risk logs, and status reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and quality output.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies if applicable.
- Identify and help resolve project risks and issues.
- Foster continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and applying lessons learned.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in digital project management, agile delivery, business analysis, or software development.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or traditional project management principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields (open to relevant alternatives).
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
Nice-to-Have:
- Agile certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner) or project management credentials (PMI, CAPM).
- Experience in managing or supporting digital transformation, software development, or technical projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
