Descripción
The sales support is responsible to execute pre-sales and post-sales processes for Wolong Electric located at Monterrey México.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Able to perform in fast paced customer centric environment.
• Ability to resolve multiple inquiries from our customers and distributors thru different channels (Telephones, Chats, Cases, E-mails)
• Provide high-quality customer service, addressing multiple inquiries from customers and distributors through various channels (phone, chat, email, case system).
• Accurately enter purchase orders, verifying customer documentation and processing orders in the ERP system.
• Elaborate commercial proposals and quotations documents, aligned with our technical and pricing guidelines
• Engage our technical experts to response complex RFQs/RFPs on a timely manner
• Monitor manufacturing plans to ensure alignment with customer requirements and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and maintain shipping schedules, coordinating with internal teams and logistics to meet deadlines.
• Support order management activities; accurately input orders from internal or external customers
• Effectively retrieve, open, validate customer POs prior to inputting in our ERP platform
• Coordinate and engage internal areas and logistics teams to achieve customer deadlines
• Navigate effectively within multiple tools, systems and internal processes to deliver accurate and timely deliverables, release orders and resolve customer's inquiries
• Other tasks assigned by Manager or applicable leadership
Qualifications/Requirements:
• University degree or Minimum of 2 years in a similar position with experience engaging with internal and external customers
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Industrial/ISC knowledge, sales support or customer service
• High degree of comfort working with technology and systems of record
• Team-player

• Strong attention to detail
Technical qualifications:
• Prior experience in sales, commercial finance, contract negotiation and execution are
preferred

• Industry knowledge / competitive landscape understanding at a transaction level
