Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations for our business operations. You will work closely with stakeholders across all departments to understand their needs and identify opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Learn and understand entire business processes, end to end.
• Gather and understand the business requirements.
• Write business requirements/User stories.
• Document process flows, utilizing Lucid Charts
• Create and maintain Redline/JIRA tickets.
• Develop UAT Test Scripts
• Perform UAT testing where needed and provide artefacts.
• Occasionally, build and run SQL queries to manage new/updated functionality.
• ssist with release night PPV (postproduction validation)
