?Position Summary:

Project Manager for AXA Partners CEO´s office: This role will require senior engagement across the AXA Partners MX (APMX) business areas, including the Executive Committee (ExCom) and all areas of the company.

Its main activities will be coordinating project management activities for APMX such as: defining and tracking work planning milestone/activities, facilitate stakeholder management, risk management, managing project governance, issues reporting, managing design methodology, etc.

Work with Regional and Central teams on defining methodology playbooks when necessary.

Responsibilities:

General Leadership as Project Manager:

• Manage the different workstreams, so they are delivering as per plan. Escalate issues to ExCom leaders as needed so that the program is on track.
• Implement and maintain the overall APMX Design Project Governance.
• Collaborate daily with ExCom leadership, transition leads, Central and Regional to assure program is on track and on time.
• Collaborate across multiple stakeholders to align on processes, communicating to senior leadership on APMX transformational journey, working with ExCom leadership to maximize opportunities on strengths/capability areas, and leveraging sectors' structure to apply key learnings
• Create and maintain project management deliverables for the program including define project workplans/milestones, timelines, project charter, project risk and issue log, document change management and lessons learned. Ensures project is delivered on time, within budget and with measurable quality results
• Support CEO and Chief Of Staff to ensure the team addresses the CEO agenda. Act as a liaison with local teams to facilitate project agenda and stakeholder management
• Value realization: Document and track value realization opportunities defined from the design phase and capture the project costs and productivity.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Management, System and /or Administration Technology Management

· 3+ years of experience in project management

· English – Advance Level

· Experience managing a culturally diverse senior stakeholder group

· Strong analytical background, with an ability to analyze complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions.

· Need to manage office 365 tools (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)

Key Skills:

· Leadership skills to coordinate and manage cadence of meetings aligned with the project governance

· Strong project management skills; track record of overseeing a portfolio of transformation projects, gained in other companies or similar corporate or as an external consultant

· Flexibility to manage the interaction with team on different countries and across functional teams

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management. Will need to partner with the sponsors/delivery managers to ensuring business objectives or goals are met

· Proficient analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Flexibility in adjusting & reprioritizing to meet changing needs in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to deliver, make things happen.
