What will be your mission?
As E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for leading and growing direct online revenue (B2C & B2B) for 61 hotels across the Americas and LATAM. This role is a blend of strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and cross-regional collaboration-with a strong focus on performance, optimization, and digital innovation.
What will you do?
Drive Direct Revenue: Lead brand.com (B2C & B2B) strategy for 61 hotels in the Americas and LATAM feeder markets for Europe & Americas.
Optimize Digital Performance: Partner with hotel leaders, revenue teams, and marketing to boost eCommerce performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal/local stakeholders (hotel directors, business unit management, revenue department, marketing) to optimize digital performance.
Coach & Inspire: Train and guide local teams and an eCommerce specialist, building a high-performing digital culture.
Lead Performance Marketing: Be the go-to expert for brand.com initiatives and liaise with HQ teams for digital advertising, and acquisition strategies. Also, support boosting Organic Growth executing local SEO and link-building strategies aligned with HQ.
Manage Web Shops: Oversee LATAM hotel webshops-ensure they are optimized for usability, conversion, and sales.
Analyze & Act: Leverage web analytics to drive conversion rate optimization, user experience improvements, and personalization.
Improve Price Competitiveness: Monitor pricing dynamics and fix disparities to maximize direct bookings.
Ensure Site Excellence: Participate in product testing, bug tracking, and feature development to enhance the booking experience.
Stay Compliant: Ensure local legal, cultural, and consumer requirements are reflected in web strategies.
Report with Impact: Provide regular updates and strategic insights to the Regional Office in Madrid.
Study the Market: Track competitor activity and uncover opportunities through ongoing market research.
Demand Generation (Bonus Skill): Collaborate with Headquarters Demand Generation teams to align campaigns and boost qualified traffic-while not required, experience in this area is a plus.

E-commerce Expertise: Demonstrated experience in an e-commerce environment is essential, with a proven ability to effectively showcase/advertise and sell products online.

Software Proficiency: Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required; experience with Power BI, jira, Wordpress and Tridion is helpful.
University Degree ideally on Business Administration, Marketing or engineering.
