Descripción
UL Solutions is seeking a passionate and strategic Talent Acquisition Team Lead to drive recruitment efforts for our Engineering and Laboratory Technical roles across the Americas Region (United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil). This position can be based in São Paulo, Brazil; Ciudad de México; or Querétaro, Mexico, with a hybrid work arrangement. This role is ideal for a dynamic and collaborative leader with a strong technical recruitment background—particularly in engineering—and proven experience partnering across teams throughout the Americas to build and lead high-performing talent acquisition functions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead & Develop Talent: Manage and mentor a team of TA professionals, supporting their growth through clear development plans and feedback.
- Drive Strategic Recruitment: Own end-to-end hiring strategies aligned with business goals and market trends, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders.
- Enhance Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging process from sourcing to onboarding, delivering an exceptional candidate journey.
- Champion Sourcing & Branding: Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent and promote UL's employer brand across multiple channels.
- Leverage Data & Improve Processes: Utilize recruitment metrics to optimize performance, ensure ATS accuracy (Oracle Recruiting Cloud), and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead Key Initiatives: Drive global and local talent projects
- Stay Future-Focused: Keep ahead of talent acquisition trends, tools, and technologies to ensure continued innovation.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
- Minimum of 2 years leading a team of recruiters, with a focus on engineering functions
- Experience partnering with cross-functional business leaders across regions
- Familiarity with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) is a plus
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Passion for innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
