1. MainResponsibilities:Responsible for daily sales order operation, order checking, payment fulfillment, and customer delivery; Follow up the order fulfillment of contract customers, and follow up the order; Responsible for reasonable arrangement of import plan according to market conditions and inventory; Make delivery plan according to the order and inventory. Understanding of inventory, special delivery, etc. Product price management, control of special price, and establishment of price list. Responsible for the preparation and review of sales contracts, and file and keep them; Responsible for sales statistics, making various reports and analyzing data; Check the accounts with the finance department, solve the problem of differences, and handle the issue of customer billing; Assist in the handling Industrial and commercial taxation,business qualification certificate. Complete other work assigned by the superior.

Requirements:Have rich experience (At least 2-3 years) in sales order management. (Will be better if he/she has working experience in Medical Devices field); Bachelor degree in English, International trade, Business, etc; Mexico Nationality; Excellent communication and presentation skills; independent and self-motivated
