The cost controller is responsible for monitoring of inventories, including but not limited to Raw materials, WIP, FG. Performs proper cost accounting for all cost figures of an assigned unit, to ensure transparency about cost situation. Supports to management to decision taking by providing accurate information and analysis. Ensure the correct evaluation of productivity measures, control of saving and reporting. And support management to budgeting and forecasting.

• Support to logistics team to managing and optimizing inventories controlling (slow movers, Obsolete materials, scrap, etc).
• Ensure in coordination with logistics team the cyclical counting effectiveness and to define with them the activities to reach the target.
• Yearly physical inventory coordination with Logistic team.
• Calculation of reserves for technical and quantity risks of materials in a quarterly basis.
• Responsible for Productivity measures controlling and reporting, to evaluate actual and FC saving for reported measures.
• Ensures the accuracy of cost material valuation in SAP.
• Analyzes and attributes variable and fixed cost portion to the respective cost accounts.
• Conducts product profit margin analysis (sales revenue vs. cost of sales, variable costs and fixed costs).
• Controlling of CAPEX: authorization, control, forecasting, depreciation estimation, etc for new FA. / Physical inventory coordinator.
• Review and analysis of Balance Sheet accounts related to AP and inventories.
• Provides regular business reports, with respect to overall performance, and recommends actions to accountable management.
• Supports to management in planning and calculating yearly budgets and FC.

What You Bring

• BS/BA (Finance, Accounting)
• 4+ years of SAP experience and knowledge
• Successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
