We’re looking for a Controller to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with deep accounting experience and strong leadership skills, ready to make a difference in a challenging and evolving industry.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the accounting department and its personnel.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for directors and SAT.
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable, taxes (IMMEX, VAT, import/export), and audits.
• Drive process improvement through BI software and internal collaboration.
• Maintain direct contact with banks and external partners.
• Support and implement cost-saving and tax efficiency strategies.

Required Profile:

• 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Automotive and import/export experience (IMMEX preferred).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Familiarity with NetSuite (a plus).
• Takes initiative and ownership.
• Has a professional, ethical, and results-driven background.
• Thrives in change and adapts quickly.
• Demonstrates outstanding leadership under pressure.
