The GSC NAM CoCe team produces and delivers key financial information to make decisions through standardized and simplified processes, following our compliance rules, with a digital mindset approach to facilitate and lead transformation.

The GSC NAM CoCe team leader will manage a group of analysts while ensuring a close collaboration with Finance Business Partners across region and functions. This role focuses on short and long-term financial planning and/or financial analysis of business operations for the purpose of measuring and forecasting future business performance.

Learn about the financial transformation initiatives and provide valuable insights to the organization. The intention is to bring a candidate to a business support role, where his main responsibilities will be to provide standardized and simplified reporting, consolidation, and project analysis for the North America region. The ideal candidate will have strong business partnering and liaisons with the organization & will collaborate on financial transformation projects for the region on an as needed basis as we build the CoCe of the future.

Responsibilities:

Standardize reporting to improve communication efficiency with other stakeholders.

Enhance efficiency & effectiveness through standardization and simplification of process & tools across the region.

Collaborate and build relationships across NAM.

Ah-doc financial reports.

Drive financial transformation projects for the organization.

Qualifications

Qualifications

This job might be for you if you fit the following requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

Experienced professional with over 10 years of experience in consulting, accounting or financial planning and reporting.

Effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing, with the ability to build effective partnerships across teams.

Ability to lead high performing team

Proactively promotes knowledge-sharing, collaboration and development

Proficient in Excel and data management tool

Strong Leadership Skill

Manufacturing experience is a plu

Knowledge of financial modeling theory, principles, and practices.

Digital citizen and ease with managing multiple systems.

Strong financial, accounting, & analytical skills with proven business acumen.

The right candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to work with and influence others, not only within a direct reporting relationship.

English proficiency.

Experience managing projects.
