Essential Job Functions

1. Financial planning & analysis

2. Apply knowledge of cost accounting & control

3. Operational support

4. Reports on the factory's financial management, including economic data, cost variations, and KPIs

5. Develops strategies to optimize factory efficiency and improve profitability

Summary of Requirements (Qualifications, Experience, Skills)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• SAP System and financial reporting tools
• English level (Advanced)
• Microsoft knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• High level of motivation and problem solving
