Job Purpose:

Engage with OEM business inquiries to provide and ensure optimum technical & engineering support for various personnel throughout the organization.

Qualification & Skills Needed:

- Minimum of bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering and or equivalent amount of experience in the industry

- HVAC knowledge that would include the control systems and fan integration.

- Working knowledge of OEM customers and processes

- Strong focus in the AHU, Data Center, and Chiller markets

- Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) knowledge preferred

- High aptitude of working with industry personnel such as engineers, sales, customer service, and production

Analytical skills, detailed oriented personality, team player, good communication skills, customer-oriented attitude, time management.

Job Duties:

- Technical & commercial support to sales personnel and customers (from office as well as on-site)

- Technical support to internal customer service

- Technical selection of fans and controllers according to customer requirements

- Quote proposals

- Carryout assigned project as the key technical point of contact and work with respective sales personnel.

- Maintain technical knowledge of all ZA products.

- Coordinate all project elements including engineering design, planning and manufacturing according to customer requirements.

- Visiting customers at their facilities or jobsites as needed

- Internal project coordination between customers and HQ

- Development & implementation of customized solutions based on customer requirements and applications.

- Support & training of new sales and engineering personnel of ZA Inc.

- Preparation of new product presentations

- Develop and prepare market analysis

- Introduction of new products to customers

- Technical support upon start-up and troubleshooting with customers on site as well as over the phone

Market research for new application as needed
