Description & Requirements
Activities:
1. Manage and update preventive maintenance program in SAP. Update activities, Cost Centers, and Lines
2. Identify and apply continuous improvement projects for recurring failures or to optimize lines process.
3. Authorizes personnel times and schedule in the system. Vacations are also approved
4. Update, validate and audit work standards and procedures: in line with safety, environment and needed norms, to cover working area requirements. (JAS, PERSIS)
5. Assets management for correct registration on system and assigned budget.
6. Daily equipment monitor and attention to avoid major stoppages. Set priorities.
7. Authorizes personnel training program according to plant needs.
8. Support team to accomplish audits and certifications conformance to quality requirements.
9. Define and implement plant projects (CAPEX) for utilities, replacement, and plant growth
10. KPI's follow-up and control to ensure department goals.
11. Facilitates tools and coaching to ensure plant standards, and align operation to KHMS Methodology
12. Budget analysis and definition for ZBB and Utilities.
Knowledge & Experience
-Industrial Maintenance engineer, mechatronic, electrical, or electronical engineer.
-Electrical Control and Automation experience.
-Electrical and Pneumatic diagrams knowledge.
-Hydraulics, Pneumatic and Electricity application
-Industrial Mechanics Experience
-Utilities management
-MS Office
-ZBB Management
-SAP
-Industrial Safety experience
-Assets control experience
+3 years experience as Manager
