Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer located in Juarez North, Campus.

Reporting to the Engineering Services Manager the Manufacturing Engineer role involves responsibilities for developing and applying manufacturing processes to ensure operations and quality, reducing the times with low cost.

What a typical day looks like:

• Design and implementation of production lines for automotive harnesses.
• Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.
• Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.
• Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
• Confers with the production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a similar position as a Manufacturing engineer or Process engineer.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• English Intermediate (spoken and written).
• NPI experience.
• Coordination and implementation of APQP.
• Experience in automotive harnesses.
