This role is critical to ensuring that our commercial agreements with clients, suppliers, and third parties are legally sound, compliant, and aligned with our business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor´s degree in Law
• Additional qualifications in Commercial Law or International Contracts are a plus.
• Advanced English
• 8+ years of experience in similar positions
• Experience with contracts in industrial, engineering, or international project environments

Key Responsabilities

• Develop and update standard contract templates and legal documentation.
• Act as a legal point of contact for contract-related matters with clients and suppliers.
• Identify legal risks in contracts and propose risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide legal guidance and training to other internal departments.
• Support internal audits and litigation with contract documentation and legal context.
