Summary:

We're seeking a solution-driven, strategic support specialist to provide high-touch service to our most complex and high-value customers. This role blends deep technical expertise with consultative problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the dedicated support contact for select strategic clients
• Configure advanced product setups for custom workflows and enterprise needs
• Troubleshoot complex issues and guide clients through technical solutions
• Partner with product, engineering, and enablement teams to improve feature adoption
• Lead high-impact projects involving beta features and evolving configurations
• Translate client needs into clear technical requirements and solutions
• Create and deliver training content and documentation tailored to client use cases

Requirements:

• Promotion from Tier 2 with at least 1 year of proven success
• Expertise in configuration tools, issue tracking, and enterprise change management
• Strong skills in advanced troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder reporting
• Experience navigating dynamic, high-risk or custom setups
• Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day problem solving
