The Role
We're looking for a hands-on and strategic Account Manager to lead integrated campaigns for culture-driven brands. You'll manage day-to-day client communication, internal coordination, and ensure flawless execution — from ideas to budgets to presentations.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the client's primary point of contact.
Lead 360° campaigns (digital, events, content, PR, etc.).
Oversee timelines, deliverables, and production quality.
Coordinate with internal teams: creative, media, production.
Manage quotes, budgets, purchase orders, and monthly closures.
Identify and pitch growth opportunities within accounts.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in a marketing agency.
Proven experience working with spirits, hospitality, or lifestyle brands (non-negotiable).
Experience with integrated campaigns (beyond social).
Fluent English required – client-facing presentations are conducted in English.
Passion for culture, entertainment, and trend-forward brands.
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
