Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Technical Solutions Enablement Analyst.

As an Technical Solutions Enablement Analyst you will be responsible to provide support to the Sales Enablement team with completing and maintaining technical system and tool training and adoption for NAS and channel. Provide assistance on technical product and solution learning program development, maintenance and delivery.
Job Responsibilities * Develop consistent format for maintaining established library of on-demand and asynchronous learning contents
* Support technical solutions training curriculum with effective training follow up and ensuring consistency in post-training reinforcement efforts
* Offer support for system and tool training / adoption. (ie. Bid Manager; Eaton University; Sales Connection site; technical product selectors, job aids and resources)
* Offer assistance to the Technical Solutions Training program's development, maintenance, and delivery.
* Provide support for Technical Solutions Training Team programs, class preparations and team processes

Qualifications:Education level requiredBachelors Degree (electrical, electronic,mechanic, industrial engineer) or related.
Years and area of experience requiredAt least 3 years of experience in sales, technical service support, or sales administrative support
(must)One to two years of experiencie on business analytics, training development, documents creation, validation, administration and control or equivalent work experience (desirable)
Technical knowledgeMicrosoft Office, software package. (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook) etc. (must)
Able to read electrical circuits diagrams, tehcnical information for electric and electronics components (must)
Intermediate technical knowledge with Eaton products, processes, and configuration tools (desirable)
Power BI intermediate knowledge (desirable)
Skills:- Advanced english proficiency (must)
