General accounting:
• Monthly amortizations and depreciations
• Income and expenses provisions accruals - Journals
• Payroll balances reconciliation with Human Resources
• Trial Balance monthly balances review
• Intercompany income calculation
• Equity Method calculation and booking
• Financial statements (BG, ER, EF, ECCC) Quarterly, Annual and Annual Consolidated
• Management of Mexican GAAP – D3, D4, D5
• FX monthly analysis
• Monthly accounts analysis
• Internal and external auditors
• Identify opportunities to improve processes or automate activities
• Monthly, quarterly, and Yearly Closes – activities and due dates.
• Foreign Investment register Mexican Agency quarterly and annual reports
• Oracle, desirable.
Taxes:
· Transfer pricing analysis
· Financial Statements to be reported in annual tax return and ISSIF.
· VAT Claim -support with Working papers
· Monitor with Tax Consultants Monthly and Yearly tax calculations.
