? Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

• Develop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms.
• Source and screen candidates through online channels and job boards.
• Conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person).
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate pipeline using ATS tools.
• Execute recruitment strategies for both high-volume and specialized roles.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide reports to leadership.
• Support employer branding and participate in job fairs and hiring events.
