Oversee and direct operations in Aerospace industry and be part of overseeing and directing operations for world-class integrated supply chain projects. You will assess project issues and develop enhanced resolutions to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

• Closely monitor weekly commits to ensure daily tracking stay on track and drive to hit dates
• Notify Customer Manager when there is a miss or risk to weekly commit
• Obtain firm delivery commits from SAP with "Finish dates" in the past
• Escalate critical shortages and inform Customer Manager if help is needed
• Coordinate/execute short-term build plans on critical units
• Planning / Clear To Build provides shortage details and sends escalation to SDL for plan to build end items
• Work cell compression as requested by Customer Manager on critical parts in WIP
• Work with site planners to release orders if Global Planner / Customer manager not getting traction
• Escalate critical parts that are released but not staged
• Regularly track Cell Capacity issues and relay to Customer Ops
• Reduced Headcount (Illness, Assisting other Cells, Cross-Training)
• Help prioritize Production Return Orders (PROs) that are clear to build and obtain ship date
• Conduct customer meetings to review LOBs. (On exception basis only)
• Support Planners / Customer Managers as needed on IDO part shortages
• Coordinate repegging of sales orders to align with allocation provided by Customer Manager
• Create Premium Freight Requests (PFRs) for units with special shipping needs
• Provide ad-hoc ship reports and/or tracking
• Assist Customer Managers with researching SAP information as requested
• Assist Customer Managers on requests for Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) or Buybacks
• Support the Airbus CCO MOS
• Metrics improvement
• Support Integrated Supply Chain sites
• Work with the factory team
• On time delivery of projects
• Manage data and report

• Support to manage escalation
• Coordinate hot induction of shortage
• Request risk release of end items
• Create build plan (with Site Ops) that works within allocation and cell capacity
• Monitors progress and report out to Customer Manager as required
• Equipment down
• Backlogged work

YOUMUST HAVE

• Bachelors degree in International Business or related
• 1-3 years in Supply Chain experience (materials movements and shipments, operations, scheduling, sourcing..)
• 5 years of experience in similar roles (project management and planning)
• Fluent in English
• Advanced SAP and Excel knowledge
